Significance of 2nd June:



Telangana Formation Day is celebrated on June 2nd every year in the Indian state of Telangana. This day marks the formation of the state of Telangana from the northwestern part of Andhra Pradesh. Telangana was carved out as the 29th state of India on June 2, 2014, following a long-standing demand for a separate state by the people of the Telangana region.
